How to Use OF THE ISLANDS “Midnight Swim” Magnesium Bath Crystals™: 

Start with adding 250 g (about 2 cups) of Magnesium Bath Crystals to a warm bath. Soak for at least 20 minutes to get the full benefits. 
Work up to adding 500 g (about 4 cups) of Magnesium Bath Crystals to a bath. Be sure to drink a glass of water before bathing and after as it will help the body to naturally detox and keep you feeling hydrated.

Bathe regularly, once a week, or bi-weekly.

OF THE ISLANDS Detox Treatment: Add 3-5 drops of DARING Essential Oil blend to your bath.  

OF THE ISLANDS Skin Cleansing Treatment: Add 3-5 drops of TENACIOUS Essential Oil Blend to your bath.

Storage and Handling:

Be sure to RE-CLOSE the pouch tightly after each use. Magnesium salt flakes attract moisture from the atmosphere if the bag is left opened. The moisture will condense on the flakes and they will clump together.
