How to use: Start by adding 250 g (about 2 cups) to a warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes. Work up to 500 g (about 4 cups). Drink a glass of water before and after your bath to stay hydrated. Bathe regularly - once a week or bi-weekly.

Customise with our essential oil blends: with DARING blend, add 3-5 drops; with TENACIOUS blend, add 3-5 drops; with LIMITLESS blend, add 3-5 drops.

Storage and handling: Re-close the pouch tightly after each use. Magnesium flakes attract moisture from the air and can clump if the bag is left open.
