Top Shape is a warming magnesium body gel with caffeine, coffee and a Swiss complex of organic mustard sprouts and chili - for an invigorating, warming self-massage ritual.

You may feel a warming, tingling sensation as you massage it in. This is normal; if you are new to magnesium on the skin it can feel intense at first.

How to use: Massage two to four pumps (up to two teaspoons) onto areas such as the thighs, abdomen and upper arms, self-massaging for about 5 minutes. Lovely with dry brushing, before a workout, or after a warm shower or bath when the skin is warm. Best used after the Island Morning Magnesium Coffee Body Scrub. You can also bring it to a massage treatment. Wipe off with a moist towel or rinse in the shower.
